Corporate Members: $100 per full-time employee subject to a minimum of $2,000 per corporate member and a maximum of $10,000 per corporate member;

Associate Corporate Members: $1,100 per associate corporate member;

Associate Individual Members: $220 per associate individual member;

Student Members: $55 per student member;
