Women in industry
There are very few women currently working
in the games industry. There are several theories about this;
one being that as games are mostly marketed at boys, this
encourages males to apply for positions in the industry, rather
than females. On the other hand, until more females enter
the industry, the male bias in games will remain.
Both industry and education are working to
attract more women to the games industry.

Forum, and compiled this excellent "Girls
Guide to Gaming".
